• Telica Volcano
a. General performances
Latitude: 12.60º N, Length: 86.87º Or, Height: 1061 msnm
Telica volcano is located in the Department of Leon, to 100 km of Managua. 1527 have had a eruptiva history from the year, with 12 reported eruptions. The volcanic complex in addition is made up of hills Omen, Santa Clara and Opening Azucenal. The estrombolianas and sub-plinianas explosions, are looked like those of the volcano San Cristóbal.
b. Eruptiva history
1527 - It presented/displayed noticeable eruptiva activity.
1918 - In January, a dense smoke cloud coming from the volcano covered great part with the region near he himself.
1919 - During the last days of October it was throwing high columns of smoke.
1935 - In the month of March it produced continuous rumblings, and their sulfurosos gas emanations extended several kilometers beyond the volcano.
1937 - In November it sent ash on the city of Leon.
1939 - In the month of June it simultaneously threw great amount of smoke and ash that produced forts rumblings alarming to the near populations. In November the ashes sent by the volcano fell on the city of Leon.
1948 - In January it sent to great amounts of smoke and ash during several days. In June it produced underground noises, continuous tremors in their neighborhoods felt and electrical activity in the crater was observed. The strong scent to sulfur caused stomach upheavals and bled of nose several people of the town
of Telica. Powerful explosions made vibrate the houses in Leon, Chichigalpa and Telica. There were enormous losses in agriculture. As 2 of afternoon of the 18 of June the volcano entered relative calm, but day 18 returned to send ash-gray, produced forts rumblings and fire in the crater was observed. Of August to December it sent great amount of ash on Telica, Chichigalpa and Posoltega.
1976 - In November it threw smoke and ash on the town of Telica.
•Volcano Black Hill

Date of birth: 13 of April of 1850. The birth of the volcano Black Hill lasted until the 22 of April and it characterized by explosions and lava flows.

b. Eruptiva history
13-22 of April, 1850. - The first eruption of the Black Hill was a lava flow running towards the West and the formation of an ash cone with a height of approximately 150 - 200 feet, that a diameter of 200 yards had in its base. The eruption began with this lava flow and later the cone began to be constructed.
